Biomass Fuel Cell

Project Brief

A request to weld up a biomass fuel cell that was made up of thick and thin walled 431 stainless steel. The parts required back purged and none of the components cold warp to maintain the geometic integrity of the design and sealing faces. The smallest pipe was also the thinest at 0.7mm wall thickness and required special settings on the welder in order to achieve a successful and sealed weld.
